Open House

 
Due to state and university restrictions that have been put into place due to COVID-19, the WCU Open House event has been modified to adhere to these changes and with the safety of our students, faulty, staff, and guests in mind. Therefore, we are asking guests to limit their time on campus to 3 to 4 hours based on the arrival time that you select during the event registration process. 

The Open House event will take place entirely outside. Guests should wear comfortable shoes to walk around campus to the various departmental tents. Please be mindful that there will be changes in elevation while walking due to the campus geography. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide shuttle services for guests due to the walking nature of the Open House around the campus. 

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, guests will not be allowed to enter any building on campus that is not identified as an Open House location. Dining services on campus will not be available for guests. 

Guests need to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before, and no later than 30 minutes after the arrival time that is selected when registering for the event. Guests must select an arrival time for the event so that we can limit the number of people on campus at one time.

Event information is subject to change at any time as changes occur pertaining to COVID-19 state and university restrictions and guidelines. Additional event information will be emailed closer to the event date.
